Custom Widget contents not resizing when maximized

I've made some updates to the related tables widget to customize the Election Results app created by the Local Gov Group. Works great, but somehow I've introduced an issue where the widget contents won't resize when the widget is maximized (If I close the widget and open it maximized, it works correctly) This problem only seems to happen on iPhones (6 and 5 tested) and occurs in both Safari and Chrome. Otherwise, any troubleshooting suggestions are welcome. I'm proficient at stepping through JavaScript and debugging, but this sort of issue when it only happens on a particular phone model, and likely involves css and how it is applied by only a certain device is particularly difficult for me to troubleshoot.

Sebastian,

Strange when I went to your site using iPhone 6 and Chrome it came up fine. You may have fixed this already though.
