Near Me Widget Problems: Directions and Attribute Table

I'm trying to use the Near Me Widget in Web App Builder, and coming across a few problems:

The search results are displaying unconfigured pop-up information (e.g., all the data in my attribute table) instead of what I have custom configured on the Web Map. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, because I don't see any options to reconfigure pop-ups using this widget. (note: when clicking on individual features outside of the near me widget, I'm able to see the configured info.)
Non-users are not able to use the directions function of the widget. So, I'm able to use the directions feature when I'm signed in, but when I use the published app for the public, it directs me to a sign-in page when I click on directions within the widget.

Anyone else have these problems, or solutions to these problems?
