Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS' Advanced Summary Widget Issues

I am trying to find for Advanced Summary Widget (see picture; charts_reports.png). I want an advanced summary tables but I did not create the widget.

I want to remove the Options in Chart Widget (see picture; chartwidget.png). Can you please help me?
