How to maintain the published services and WAB application so anybody can manage the service and WAB application during my absence.</P><P></P><P>Existing:</P><P>1. Created the folders in ArcGIS Portal according to sections.</P><P>2.Publishing the service and adding the .MXD file in the folder, So Canbody can extract the .MXD and make changes and republish it.</P><P>3.Maintaining manually in Excel, But I donot like it.
