How to run the Nodejs server to connect ArcGIS Portal App?

Hi,

I want to build app using WAB. I had installed the nodejs[server]/WAB in the desktop. I setup the ArcGIS Portal in the organisation. I can create the application in the Portal account. Now I have to connect the Portal application in the desktop WAB for customization.

How to run the node js server in the desktop?

How to link the application which is created in the ArcGIS Portal and customising using WAB in desktop?

These are both based more on using the AGOl AppID vs Portal, but should be the same similar process, and the res of the info should work for both.
