Setup Attribute Assistant/Dynamic Value table

Hi all,

I am using the attribute assistant for the first time and I'm lost. I don't know how to populate or configure the Dynamic Value table. I'm looking for some kind of real tutorial and can't find one. Would someone please point me in the right direction?

This isn't helpful. It just points to the ArcGIS Solutions page, and from there, searching for Attribute Assistant and/or Dynamic Value Tables returns zero results.
