You can manually download the packages here.

https://utilsoldeploy.maps.arcgis.com/home/search.html?q=tags%3A%20deploy.commonid.50e70bd4-290c-4644-992b-fbb2f7b9e089&showFilters=false#content

You will need to generate an apworkspace to get the csv in the correct format. I believe the validate tool will create one for you in the same folder as the asset package

https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-13155-validate-asset-package

Utility Network Rules

Hello,

I want to import rules to my Water utility network, but i dont have a .csv file of these rules or another working utility (thats why I can't do Export Rules)

Maybe I need to download Also I can`t download Water Distribution Network Editor v.2.0 ? But i have no new version of ArcGIS Enterprise.

But for example, Gas network Editor v.1.1 I can download with this version of Enterprise, but I need to set Data Sources for future editing, and I have no background for this step.

So, my main question is How can I get a template .csv file for rules of Water and Gas?

Thanks
