Attribute pannel in symbolrotation show asset type description

I Made a water distribution utility network using esri solution. I didn't modify original utlity network fields and domains. I have only added some subtypes to water device feature class.

I have added new fields with associated new domains.

I have a problem in every Water Device sub layer, in the Attributes panel: symbol rotation show wrong description (view Figure).

I have a problem also with field calculate on symbol rotation field using arcpy: 'arcgisscripting.ExecuteError: ERROR 160912: Failed to evaluate Arcade expression.
Failed to execute (CalculateField)'.

Has something similar happened to others? Do you have any ideas to help me?

Sabina,

It looks like a coded value domain got configured on the SymbolRotation attribute. SymbolRotation should receive a range domain allowing only whole numbers between 0 and 359.
