    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're looking at using this viewer for our utilities department but need to change some of the widgets. However, when we change them, they never show up on the map. The small navigation tools for the widgets turn on/open but the widget itself is missing. The widgets that came in the viewer work fine. Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
