      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #4c4c4c; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;We are starting to make use of the Water Distribution System Foundation, but have run into the issue with the collector app that is documented &lt;A href="https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000020922"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Since the Solution is published from ArcGIS Pro it seems that the "Note:" in the link applies to us.&amp;nbsp; How do we reconcile this issue, while at the same time not breaking the format or upgrade-ability of the ESRI Solution?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
