Every time I click anything in the toolbar, it crashes arc. I worked around that by accessing the hydro tools in the tool box, but am stuck again. I am trying to recondition a raster, but I am getting the same Hresult COM error that I see posted often in this blog. I have tried many of the troubleshooting techniques but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone come up with a solution for this problem yet?
