      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am researching approaches for integrating a sewer pipe network into a watershed drainage network. I am trying to determine how to most accurately integrate the pipes at the heights attributed. I have an up elevation as well as a down elevation, and need to integrate by subtracting these elevations as a line with slope from a DEM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
