Arc Hydro Pro build for 3.2 will work on ArcGIS Pro 3.3. At this point we are not planning to release a specific version for Pro 3.3 as there are no specific Arc Hydro tools that are unique for Pro 3.3. This might change in the future.

If you still have difficulty in getting Arc Hydro to run on Pro 3.3., please email directly to archydro@esri.com and we'll help you with the process.
