ArcPro 2.9.0 archydro 2.9.25 warning, empty output

In arcpro 2.9.0 archydro 2.9.25, I am getting a warning when running my stream segmentation tool, the tool then outputs an empty raster. Warning is as follows

" ['line 170', 'c:\\program files\\arcgis\\pro\\Resources\\ArcToolbox\\Scripts\\ArcHydro\\streamsegmentation.py', ''] "

This seems to happen only when trying to run this on my streams that have a stream definition of 640acrs, or 2.5899 sqkm, when running it on a more dense stream network it works fine, also when running it on a smaller area within my are of interest it works, but when running on my full dataset I get that error and an empty raster. This happens in a fresh aprx, I have even gone as far as to recreate my dem from a recreated lasd and my flow direction flow accumulation still getting the warning.

I am get a similar warning even when i increase my acreage was a solution found in regards to this
