Flood delineation With WSE

I have a question about flood delineation from WSE tool with ArcGIS Hydro.

“Construct 3D Lines from Point Values”; AH Tools Pro -> Watershed Processing -> Line Processing; this creates a 3D line from 2D line (stream) and points with known WSE.
“Convert 3D Line to Rater”; AH Tools Pro -> Watershed Processing -> Line Processing; this creates a WSE raster along the stream from the result from #1.

3.“Flood from Stream WSE”; AH Tools Pro -> H&H Modeling -> Floodplain Delineation; this creates WSE raster, flood depth raster, and floodplain extent polygon based on DEM and results from #2

I created 100 meter buffer for my river layer and extract Dem and follow all steps. Finally the results show me same extent for flood like my buffer layer (extent), and I think it is wrong. Could you please tell me what issue is?
