Create Stream From Subwatershed Point - General Function Failure

I am continually getting a General Function Failure when trying to run Create Stream from Subwatershed Point (archydropro). I am trying to work through the following workflow for an HMS model setup: https://community.esri.com/t5/water-resources-documents/arc-hydro-support-for-hydrologic-modeling-pdf/ta-p/904518?attachment-id=45191. I have ArcGIS Pro 2.8.1 and archydro version 2.8.13. Does anyone know of a solution or potential workaround?
