topic GeoHMS Terrain Preprocessing in Water Resources Questions

I am using Lidar created Terrain data for GeoHMS Terrain preprocessing. The results show the tons of tiny and discontinued watersheds. I went through each steps and found the stream definition results are coming with a lot of short pieces. What is the reason for this kind of results? Any suggestions? Thanks!

When this happens to me it is usually because I'm using the wrong layer in a process. Using fdr instead of fac will do this kind of thing. Confirm that you ran fill sinks properly and that the right layers are used in subsequent processes.
