When I install the tools and open up ArcMap, if i navigate to customize-&gt;toolbars the Arc Hydro Groundwater toolbar will be there. However, when i click it no toolbar pops up and when I go back to click it again it has now disappeared from the toolbar menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.
