    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm having some issues with the Arc Hydro funtion "Convert 3D Line to Raster" under the Utility toolset.&amp;nbsp; This tool, no matter which input raster I use for various areas, create an output raster with values of 0 to 255, which is incorrect in relation to my input raster (DEM).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas to why and how to fix?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
