Problem with create drainage line structure - dem manipulation

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the function create drainage line with arc hydro 2.0. I run it under ArcGIS 10.0 SP 5 with Version with the latest Version of Arc Hydro. Unfortunately I always have an error while executing. the error message is attached.

I am thankful for every idea!

For such application errors, you might have a better chance of getting your queries answered if you can contact archydro@esri.com directly with your feedback.

This error can be eliminated for the most part by putting your project on your local drive. Working over a network usually results in this error for me. Putting the project on the local drive also speeds up the processing tremendously.

You need ArcGIS Advaced license (formerly known as ArcInfo) to use all ArcHydro functionality. Tools that require higher license will crash under basic or standard license.

I am having this exact problem with both this tool and the create sink structures tool. I believe that what Jakub Sisak suggested is the cause. I have the Basic license only. I haven't upgraded my license to test this, but it seems like the likely issue. I wish the error messages could be updated to reflect this, I spent a long time searching for solutions!
