      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 2014 UC Proceedings are very difficult to be found. The link above works but by googling one just ends up clicking a link to the plenary sessions. "Recent Proceedings" opens plenty of happenings but not yet the 2014 UC. I understand that from marketing point of view intensive promoting of flashy plenary session is OK but perhaps Esri could promote better proceedings themselves as useful and even informative - as informative as PowerPoints generally can be &lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/devil.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Proceedings of 2014 UC is a hot topic right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
