Trip plan failed to load

Hi,

I'm having problems loading a .grf file with route data into ArcLogistics Navigator.

I have ArcLogistics Desktop 10 and I used Send Routes tool to export my route to a .grf file.

In ArcLogistics Navigator 9.3 the file is detected but I always get the error "Trip plan failed to load".

Any ideas about what might be causing the problem?

Hello Pedro,

The most common reason for this error is a mismatch between the desktop and mobile street data sets. Are they the same release?

Indeed I was using different sets of data. It never really ocurred to me but makes perfect sense now. Thanks for your help!
