    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It sounds like a short network connectivity interruption is preventing the jobs from being submitted to the server.&amp;nbsp; Which version of ArcLogistics are you using?&amp;nbsp; If click 'About' in the top right corner, there should be a 10.0.xxx.0 number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, if you browse to Preferences &amp;gt; General panel, there should be a button to generate an error log.&amp;nbsp; Hit that, it should write out to your desktop, and attach here and we'll have a look at it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I try to move orders to a route, I get error: "actual time:error executing route command:Failed to submit job. Server returned: Unable to complete operation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No idea why this is.&amp;nbsp; have been routing with Arclogistics for a while. liscense is ok.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had the same issue this morning after updating to version 10.0.195.0.&amp;nbsp; The issue we had was there was a default break set for 0 minutes.&amp;nbsp; After I deleted this break, the system was able to route the jobs correctly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
