Batch Geocoding not successful

I have created a composite locator that consists of an address points locator, a parcel locator and a street segment locator. I have done this before with other .sdes. For this particular composite locator, the parcel locator seems to be interfering with the batch process. We know the composite works for streets and points only and parcels work by themselves. I found that in this particular shapefile there are x and m values. I removed them because the rest of the shapefiles do not have them and it still doesnt work. I have tried adjusting the geocoding options as well. Any thoughts?

First things first: what version of arcgis are you using?

Personally, I shy away from anything but editing with SDE databases. For locators, I'll replicate match data to a file geodatabase and then point stand alone locators to that data.
