Is it in your road map to add the scene layer to the elements supported by timeline widget?

It is targeted for the June release (4.30). It will likely be limited to 3D object scene layers backed by feature layers, at least initially.

Can we import geospatial datasets into Watson Studio with this platform. These can include shapefiles, GeoJSON files, or raster data?

Yes, there are GIS datasets curated by Esri available through the ArcGIS Living Atlas, and there are tools in ArcGIS Pro to export data to a variety of formats.

I liked the "What's new" in ArcPy. Any chance of a visual layout of objects and such?

How to publish Vector tiles with attributes? Can it be done with current ArcGIS Pro? Thanks

Yes, it can be done with ArcGIS Pro. Before publishing the vector tile service or creating the vector tile package, you'll need to highlight the attribute fields you want to store with the vector tiles. An example of this is shown here: https://youtu.be/N_jH4wL6d6g?si=Ftt0e3O7KclCyyz8&t=712
