Error while apply asset package CommunicationsUtilityNetworkFoundationV1_1

Hello Community Members,

While applying the asset package on CommunicationsUtilityNetworkFoundationV1_1, I am getting the following error. The previous stage of the utility network geoprocessing run was successful.

I am using the ArcGIS enterprise 10.9.1 version ,

Asset package : CommunicationsUtilityNetworkFoundationV1_1

ArcGIS Pro: 2.9.10

Python package Untools: 2.9.7

Can anyone highlight what might be the issue here?

Have you tried to re-build your python environment clone?

Can you attempt again without any maps open in the project?

Have you also put in a support ticket?

@RajAlva00 Was it resolved? I've been into the same error (well.. and thousands others). I tried closing the maps but didn't help, I wonder if you tried to rebuild the Py environment.

Once I get to the same error again I'll reply with any updates I get.

@RajAlva00 I have created another Py clone, and restarted ArcGIS (pro 3.1), and I found the Asset Package loaded into the Utility Network, despites all the error I got earlier.

Apparently, rebuilding the Py environment solves it.
