    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Using the Telecom Editing tools and opening a workspace generates the following error (and log):&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]22251[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is on a co-workers client running Standard 10.1.&amp;nbsp; On my client pc (Advanced 10.1) I do not get this error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The client pc is able to edit the features without issues but this error makes me wonder what's going on.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Dave,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This looks like possibly a permissions issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are they hitting the same data source as you?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The tools are basically telling you via the log file that it can see/find the DynamicValue table in that workspace. It needs this table for the tools to function correctly.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Same problem, but new database and new install.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steps leading up to the error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Downloaded Fiber Data Management Tools and extracted&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Installed plugin&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Used Project to import and change projection system from "Maps and GDBs/Telecom.gdb"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Closed and re-opened ArcMap&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. Attempted to load workspace&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
