See the &lt;A href="http://support.esri.com/technical-article/000011810"&gt;technical article&lt;/A&gt; from Esri Support regarding this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this does not resolve the issue, the pathname length may be causing the issue. Moving the Backhaul Optimization folder from the Model Organization folder will help to shorten the path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clare&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Backhaul Optimization</title>

I only add street data and run the model, but i get 000210 numbered error as mentioned on picture.
