topic Attribute Assistant - Field_Trigger in State & Local Government Questions

Hi AA Gurus

Is it possible to set a field with a timestamp, triggered when another field is set to a particular value? Alternatively, can the FIELD_TRIGGER method populate a field based on the value in another field (ie get the timestamp from a lastUpdated field) when the source field is set to a particular value?

eg. I have an activated field that can be set to true or false. Is it is set to false by the user, I want a deactivatedDate field to be populated with a timestamp.

Also I have a deactivatedBy field which I would also like to automatically populate with the CURRENT_USER when the activated field is set to false. The current user value could also be derived from a lastEditor field.

I'm using the July 2015 version of AA.

Thanks

Mark
