I have been converting layers to kml lately and all turns out well, except my hyperlink is not active once in google. I am using 10.2. Its a layer containing polygons where we have completed maps, with a hyperlink to the pdf of said map. Once I get it in google, everything in the table of info is correct and the hyperlink text is there, however it is not active. I have gone through my layer properties and cant seem to nail it.
