    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sam did you figure this out? I'd like to be able to do this as well. I'd actually like to do the same thing as the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://localgovtemplates.esri.com/TaxParcelViewer/default.htm"&gt;Tax Parcel Viewer sample&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. In the "switch basemap" tool it allows you to turn on and off different layers and also lets you click on the features and identify them. This would be ideal for me! Has anyone done this yet?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is it possible to include a layer list widget in the top application header bar? The reason I ask is I may want the ability for a user to turn off all previously submitted comments so they can more clearly see the map before they add there own comment. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like it was possible at one point based on this video: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://video.arcgis.com/watch/1283/h...ervice-request"&gt;http://video.arcgis.com/watch/1283/h...ervice-request&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just not sure how I go about integrating it in the code&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for any help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sam&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
