I've never used this, be gentle.

How do I download the Tax Parcel Editing Toolbar? Everything I click on takes me back to their blog.

Is there a way to install just the zipper tool by itself?

I believe the toolbar you are looking for comes standard at 10.

See if you have the tools in your customize mode. see if you have a parcel section and the tools should be there. In the customize box from toolbars select parcel editor.

I've never heard of a zipper tool? Do you mean the snake tool that allows for easy attribution of parcels?

My user said the .dll usually comes as a developer sample. I had never heard of it either.

That blog post was from 2009, the toolbar is 9.3 and that parcel toolbar is most likely part of cadastral editor. So far i see no zipper tool at 10. Search customize and tell me if you can find the individual tool.

If you are editing a Parcel Fabric the zipper tool will not work, it is not part of the Parcel Editor Toolbar for Fabric editing.

You might take a look at the "snap" GP tool which performs much like the zipper task.

Just be careful to work against selected features.

The tax parcel editing toolbar comes standard at the ArcEditor and ArcInfo license levels.
