Citizen Reporter won't load

I'm using Citizen Problem Reporter. Whenever I test pressing on "Submit a Report" I get a never ending loading screen. Is there a step that I may have missed or an option I need to check? I made sure that it was saved to the appropriate groups and can be edited. Thank you!

Hi Amber,

Since it sounds like you've double-checked the sharing, I'd suggest clearing your cache and trying again.

If that doesn't work, it may be due to how you are accessing the reporter (Account vs Guest user). Does the behavior occur if you change this?

I tried changing the accessibility but still didn't load. I did end up changing the Pop-up Contents - Display from 'A custom attribute display' to 'A list of field attributes' that are located in the Configure Pop-up setting when you click on the options button for the layer when in the webmap and that Report form did finally load once that was changed.
