X-Ray for ArcCatalog for 10.4.1

I just installed the latest X-Ray for ArcCatalog (v10.4) after upgrading to ArcGIS 10.4.1 last week. I can install the add-in, however when I attempt to export GDB to xml Workspace or open an xml document I get the following error message.

Was it working with a previous ArcGIS version install?

Sorry for cutting in, but where can I download X-Ray for Geodatabases? My X-Ray version is 10.2.0.2, June 9, 2014 and I'm running ArcGIS 10.3.1. Thank you.

Hi Steve,

Yes I do have Excel. It's Office 2010 Version 14.0.7173.5000 (32 bit) and it worked with ArcGIS 10.3.1

Can you try uninstalling then re-installing the addin? Apparently there are some issues with addins when upgrading to 10.4.x from 10.3. You will need to manually uninstall then re-add it.

Hi Chris, the system requirements for the X-Ray add-in indicate that Microsoft Office 2013 is required. I would think that should be the first step in addressing the error message you're seeing.

Yes thanks, I was able to get an install of 2013 Office and it worked for me.
