X-Rays error "Old format or invalid type library."

Hi all,

I got a problem with X-ray for ArcCatalog 10.2, the error is
"Old format or invalid type library.(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80028018(Type_E_InVDATAREAD))
Please ensure you have Microsoft Excel installed." Img is attached.

I use ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Desktop and I already test with Excel 2003,2007,2010,2013 it has same error.

Any Ideas?

Now, I can solve the problem, and cause of the problem is date format in my computer is non-English language. After I change date format to English, I can run it without error // reference link BUG: "Old format or invalid type library" error when automating Excel http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320369
