COP Template - Issue with ERG Tools

Hello,

I'm trying to setup the ERG tools, which are part of the COP template for 10.1. When trying to execute either the ERG By Chamical or the ERG by Placard tools I get the following error. I am clicking on the map (in ArcMap 10.1) to place a point before running the tool. Can some please guide me down the right path? Here is the output from the tool:

I have figured out what the issue was here. It was not working because I didn't have a basemap layer added to my map document when running the model.

Maybe you can help:

My Material list is not showing and I have my basemap layers.

My "Lookup Wind Info" is not working either.
