      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no explicit tools, but you can program within python to implement what you need and use the conventional or python toolboxes to provide the interface.&amp;nbsp; Also there are ways to work with SciPy and R in the Arc* suite, so if you want to use that approach, it may save you reinventing the wheel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
