    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello - &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a feature class of polygons (317) over a ~30-40 mile diameter, of which I'd like to select 32.&amp;nbsp; The goal is to select 32 that are the most (or close to) evenly distributed spatially over this study area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How would I go about this?&amp;nbsp; For instance - I could arbitrarily select a polygon to represent the center location, and from that, select 31 more from this location as uniformly distributed as possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
