    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everybody!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have one question!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where we can find Geary's C in Spatial Statistic tool and how we can calculate it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If not there maybe in PYSAL toolbox and again what kind of weight matrix it needs?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am analysing different methods so it would be really interesting to me to get the chance to compare the results for example of Geary's C and Global Moran's I. But I have a problem to understand where I could find Geary's C and how to create a results!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a great question Vladimir, and although it's a decade old, I'm not sure it's been answered.&amp;nbsp; I still can't find a way to calculate Geary's C in ArcGIS, and that seems like a. large oversight since its similar but not the same as Moran's I.&amp;nbsp; Anyone at ESRI feel like weighing in here?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
