    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried extract by mask, and it actually seems to adjust the pixels appropriately. So that might be the best answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Scaling the raster intercept output from GWR so that it matches the input feature</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a strategy or tool for scaling the intercept raster from GWR output so that it aligns properly with the input feature? For example, I want to use extract by mask, but the zones on the edge of the raster fall on the outside of the state boundaries and I would loose those zones if I extract by mask. These are important hot spots I assume. I am also confused as to why the raster output is larger than the input in the first place. Shouldn't each pixel represent a coefficient for a single spot on the ground? Does this have anything to do with the pixel size?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
