topic Incremental Spatial Autocorrelation disagrees with Spatial Autocorrelation (Morans I) in Spatial Statistics Questions

I have manually run Spatial Autocorrelation (Morans I) with several different Distance Thresholds. I have then run Incremental Spatial Autocorrelation to verify similarity in the results, and they totally disagree. For overlapping Distance Thresholds, the Incremental tool gives a range of z-scores from 19.01 to 25.09, while the Spatial Autocorrelation (Morans I) tool gives z-scores of 9.74 for all distances used (changes occur at the 5th or 6th decimal only). I've kept all inputs the same, e.g., Euclidean Distance and no row standardization (I have point data). My data are also projected. What am I probably doing wrong?
