    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a way to run a Monte Carlo permutation test, to determine the significance of the variability in the local gwr coefficients?&amp;nbsp; I have seen people do this in other programs and assumed that it must be hidden somewhere in ArcGIS.&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance for any help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
