Yes, I'm using ArcMap 10.2</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>2. Yes they are projected (PCS: North America Lambert Conformal Conic)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>3. Yes the tool runs successfuly</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>4. The two near fiels do get appended</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>5.
