    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Day GeoNet Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Cartogram Geoprocessing Toolbox posted by ESRI (see link below) is having issues running from Desktop 10.4 on an Windows 7 machine.&amp;nbsp; Followed the supplied instructions and was able to run with the supplied dataset.&amp;nbsp; However, when a new ArcMap session is started and a new polygon feature is entered, a "invalid toolset" message is prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experience this issue and have found a solution?&amp;nbsp; Thank you in advance for your time and appreciate your suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tool link: &lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d348614c97264ae19b0311019a5f2276" title="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d348614c97264ae19b0311019a5f2276"&gt;http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d348614c97264ae19b0311019a5f2276&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
