    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been patiently waiting for tidal datum transformations to be incorporated into ArcGIS Desktop for several years. &amp;nbsp;I have been told (by Esri engineers) 10.4, then 10.5 but I'm still waiting. &amp;nbsp;Is there any timetable of which release these transformations will be available for both vectors and rasters?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
