RHUG working groups

Currently RHUG has two working groups:

- RHUG Agile Assets work group (AAWG) led by Kevin Hunt - New York DOT

- RHUG FME working group led by Erin Westfall - Ohio DOT

- RUG Arcade working group led by Peter Morey - Minnesota DOT

If interested in starting a work group contact Shaun Perfect (sperfect@azdot.gov) and/or myself (rjkoschatzky@ncdot.gov) on your idea of a RHUG working group.

The RHUG FME working group meets quarterly, with the next meeting scheduled for May 21, 2024 at 1PM EST. We are always looking for presentations, so please contact Erin Westfall (Ohio DOT) for more information at erin.westfall@dot.ohio.gov.

The RHUG AgileAssets Work Group (AAWG) is made up of Roads and Highways users that integrate the organization's LRS with the AgileAssets (Trimble) enterprise asset management system. Goals of the group:

Share and document best practices with the LRS Gateway and other integrations between RH and AA
Collectively address issues that arise in the integration between RH and AA
Influence the future direction of LRS Gateway and other integration between RH and AA to support Applications of Enterprise GIS in Transportation (AEGIST)

The RHUG AAWG work group currently meets on the first Wednesday of each month and New York and North Carolina are planning meeting agendas. For more information or to be added to the meetings, please reach out to Kevin Hunt or Ryan Koschatzky. kevin.hunt@its.ny.gov; rjkoschatzky@ncdot.gov
