Error 003576 when posting to Default version on ArcGIS Pro 3.1

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone ran into Error 003576 when posting from an editor version to Default version on ArcGIS Pro 3.1.

Default version is already set to be Public so I'm not sure where I set the permission wrong.

@TingWang1 What is the ArcGIS Enterprise version used? What is the versioning type (branch vs traditional). The recommended pattern is ArcGIS Pro 3.1 - Enterprise 11.1 (to be released soon) with branch versioning.

User reconciling and posting should have Version Management privileges: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/roles.htm

It is on branch versioning. Enterprise is on 11.0 because 11.1 is not yet released.

Version Management privilege is granted to the user/role.

Still showing the same error..

you can check which portal user created the branch version and try to reconcile/post connected in pro to the portal using the same portal user, if still have issues then I would suggest opening a ticket with Esri Support to investigate further.

Looks like I found the cause - it was because I didn't run "Apply Events Behavior" after edits. After I run it, I was able to post.

The error msg is odd though

Ryan - At beginning I was using the right-click "Reconcile/Post" function from the "Manage Versions" window, that's when I got the error.

But when I switched to using the "Reconcile" button and "Post" button directly from the ribbon, it gave me a meaningful msg that I need to run "Apply Event Behavior".

@TingWang1 Suggest logging an Esri support case and note that 'error msg' is misleading when using the right-click "Reconcile/Post" function from the "Manage Versions" window.
