topic layer description property in python and arcgis runtime in Python Questions

Hello,

Because layer time info is readonly from Python, I cannot store my dynamic time information on the layer. To work around that problem, I would like to write a string that set the layer time extend ex: startdate=2001-01-01. For this I would like to write that string in the "description" property of the layer. Does anyone knows how I can retreive that information afterward when I read the map package when I use an application that as been built with ArcGis runtime for WPF.
