Should be doable with a python script and windows task scheduler.</P><P></P><P>But as-is, the <A href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=12dde73e0e784e47818162b4d41ee340">Server admin toolbox</A>​​ seems to not work for http<STRONG>s</STRONG> connections.
