Currently getting ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'common' when trying to run arcpy.analysis.SummarizeWithin even though the exact tool as is was working perfectly fine yesterday. I have both the original version made to work locally on my computer and a slightly modified version to run off my work's NAS; both were working yesterday and now both are returning the exact same error. I've also tried using arcpy.geoanalytics.SummarizeWithin, and although the GeoAnalytics desktop version of Summarize Within works in ArcGIS Pro, if I run it in ArcPy, I get Unable to get GeoAnalytics URL.

As an update: I had a call with Esri tech support yesterday about this issue. The analyst didn't seem to actually know what the cause was and had me try moving all directories to my local drive instead of the company NAS. Then it worked normally so we ended the call and closed the case. Then when I went back to my desk and tried running exactly what had just worked while on call with the tech support analyst, it gave the exact same error again.
